Grabado en Spectrum, Filadélfia, el 17 de Junio de 1986, "Sacred Heart: The Video", registra a Dio en la gira de su tercer álbum. La formación ya contaba con el guitarrista Craig Goldy en el lugar de Vivian Campbell. El trabajo fue lanzado originalmente en VHS y Laser Disc en Japón. El lanzamiento se llevará a cabo el segundo semestre. El tracklist original contaba con los siguientes temas:
