"The Land Of New Hope", el primer trabajo de Timo Tolkki’s Avalon, saldrá a la venta el próximo 21 de Mayo, vía Frontiers Records. El álbum trae participaciones de Michael Kiske (Unisonic,Helloween), Elize Ryd (Amaranthe), Rob Rock (Impellitteri), Russell Allen (Symphony X,Adrenaline Mob), Sharon Den Adel (Within Temptation) y Tony Kakko (Sonata Arctica) en las voces.

Tolkki grabo la guitarra y el bajo, mientras que la batería quedo a cargo de Alex Holzwarth (Rhapsody Of Fire). Los teclados fueron divididos entre Jens Johansson (Stratovarius,Yngwie Malmsteen), Derek Sherinian (Black Country Communion,Dream Theater) y Mikko Härkin (Sonata Arctica).
